Refund policy

At Eagle Fit, we are committed to delivering high-performance products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. RETURN & EXCHANGE REQUEST WINDOW

Customers must raise a Return or Exchange Request within 3 Days of Delivery.

Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN / EXCHANGE

All Return and Exchange requests are handled only via WhatsApp.

Please provide:

• Order ID
• Return / Exchange Reason
• Delivery Date
• Product Images (if required)

For damaged, missing, or incorrect products, customers must provide a complete unboxing video clearly showing the AWB number and shipping label.

3. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE

Returns or Exchanges are accepted for:

• Size Issue
• Defective Product
• Wrong Product Delivered
• Product Damaged During Shipping
• Change of Mind / Preference Change

4. PRODUCT CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

Returned products must:

• Be Unused & Unworn
• Have Original Tags Attached
• Be in Original Packaging
• Show No Signs of Use, Washing, Sweat, Stains, or Damage

Products failing inspection may be rejected.

5. RETURN POLICY (STORE CREDIT ONLY)

Eagle Fit does NOT provide Monetary Refunds.

Approved returns will receive a Store Credit Coupon equal to the product value, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Store Credit Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. EXCHANGE POLICY

Customers may exchange for:

• Different Size
• Different Product

Exchange is allowed only once per order.

If the new product value is higher, the customer must pay the difference.

If the new product value is lower, the remaining amount will be issued as a Store Credit Coupon.

7. ₹150 RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESSING FEE

A Flat ₹150 Fee applies to both Returns and Exchanges.

This fee is charged because we need to arrange a pickup from your address (Reverse Shipping) and process the return/exchange request.

For exchanges, the replacement product must also be shipped again to your address (Forward Shipping).

Since Eagle Fit pays these logistics charges to our courier partners, the ₹150 fee helps cover a portion of the shipping and handling costs involved in the process.

8. COURIER AVAILABILITY

Reverse pickup depends on courier service availability.

• If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you will need to self-ship the product.

• If courier services are unavailable in your location, Return or Exchange may not be possible.

9. SALE & DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS

Products purchased during sales, promotions, discount offers, or special campaigns are eligible for:

✅ Store Credit Return

❌ No Cash Refunds

10. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as they are processed immediately for dispatch.

11. PROCESSING TIMELINE

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, processing may take approximately 10–12 Business Days.

12. RETURN ADDRESS

The return address will be shared via WhatsApp after request approval.

Please do not ship products without prior approval.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Eagle Fit reserves the right to reject any Return or Exchange request that does not meet the conditions mentioned above or fails quality inspection.
