Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
✅ Size Issue: If the product doesn’t fit as expected.
✅ Color Change: If you’d prefer a different color.
✅ Product Exchange: If you wish to swap for another item.
Important Guidelines for Exchanges:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
- Products that show signs of wear and tear, sweat stains, or odor will not be eligible for exchange.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Shipping Charges for Exchange
- If the exchange is required due to an error on our end (incorrect item, size, or defect), we will cover the shipping charges.
- If the exchange is due to personal preference (size, color, or product change), the customer will be responsible for both return and reshipping costs.
Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are available as per the terms mentioned above.
